26th International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI 2014) is going to be held in Taipei, Taiwan from 13th to 20th of July. Bangladesh team has been announced. 4 students are going to represent team Bangladesh in the most prestigious programming competition for secondary school students.

The first IOI was held in 1989 in Bulgaria. The contest consists of two days computer programming, solving problems of an algorithmic nature. Students compete on an individual basis, with up to four students competing from each participating country.
